Job Summary

ANC is seeking a seasoned Account Executive, Business Development to support the EVP, Chief Revenue Officer and the company’s expansion into the Commercial and OOH industries.  This role will be vital in providing day-to-day sales development support to include market research, client outreach, lead generation and proactive identification of new business development opportunities on a national level. This position will be central to the growth of the Commercial Properties group and the company’s long-term success.


Core Responsibilities

Help create and manage market research segmentation strategy

Oversee and manage sales lead generation and client development efforts

Manage all client follow up: support and ongoing development needs

Assist in creating and managing against sales development strategy to include outreach materials and targeted communication channels

Manage and oversee ongoing Salesforce/CRM data; coordinate reporting with Sports Properties group

Oversee sales process communications across ANC support groups: Estimation, Project Management/Accounting/Finance and External Communications

Manage sales calendar: updating travel schedules, RFP dates, presentation dates and meetings

Support the creation of sales proposals, presentations and contracts for new and existing clients

Produce weekly Salesforce reports for Senior Leadership and Parent Company

Coordinate (and attend) client meetings/sales presentations

Manage out-of-office meeting schedules



2-3 years of related experience within the Commercial or OOH industry supporting or working in a Sales/Business Development group environment

Team building and cross-department development

Excellent oral and written communications skills; both internally and externally

Excellent organizational, problem solving and time management skills

Excellent relationship building skills

Excellent client management and service acumen skills

Takes initiative with little to no supervisor direction

 High-level of attention to detail

Ability to establish and manage against changing priorities; work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision

Desired proficiency in Salesforce

Required proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

 Potential for travel +/- 15%
