**Job Summary**

This newly created role will see you will mainly assist on the project of expanding HR share service scope across Asia and manage team daily operation.

Assist on setting up an HR Share Services team in Shanghai serving regions of Asia.

Assist on process and workflow design for new activities in Share Services Center.

Liaise with team members in HR BP & HR COE and external vendors for problem solving and process optimization.

Manage the team to deliver services on defined items to the scope as assigned.

May process personnel transactions in initial stage, such as hires, terminations, benefit administration, Personnel information management, contract management etc.

Coordinates with supervisor for unusual or difficult problems and develops actions to apply to non-routine work.

Exercises judgment on details of HR systems and HR-related areas.

Uses standard HR knowledge and techniques in specific situations and recognizes discrepancies in issues.

Ensure the timely delivery of your shared service provisions in line with set SLA’s including error free and timely production of your documentations.

Effectively collaborate with HRBPs and COEs to collate the appropriate information required and relaying progress.

**Minimum Requirements**

Bachelor degree or above.

At least 8 years HR operations, ideally within an MNC environment, 2 years of HR Share Service experience is a must.

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to work in a multinational environment.

Self-motivated, detailed orientated and well organized; pleasant and positive working attitude to work in a team.

Capable to work independently with strong sense of responsibility.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Visio, Word and PowerPoint).

Good command of spoken and written English.

**Preferred Qualifications**

Proven record of team management.
