**Job Summary**

AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Bilingual Payroll Administrator for immediate employment for the Markham, Ontario office. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:

+ Process payroll for 1000+ employees

+ Process New Hires and Terminations

+ Respond to and resolve any employee inquiries

+ Maintain complete and accurate employee records

+ Process pay stub and T4 distribution

+ Process payroll related system interfaces

+ Process timesheet collection

+ Produce payroll journal entries

+ Ensure compliance with all internal/external audits, SOX, etc

+ Prepare required payroll reports as needed

+ Assist in other payroll functions

**Minimum Requirements**

+ Associate's Degree

+ 2+ years working in payroll

+ Completion of PCP designation or working towards PCP

+ Must speak and read French fluently

+ Excellent organization, customer service, time management and communication skills

+ Exceptional speed, accuracy and very detail oriented on data entry

+ Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

+ Ability to work with minimal supervision

+ Must be able to work overtime

+ Ability to work in a fast paced environment

+ Sound knowledge of accounting principles

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Ceridian Insync experience preferred

+ Quebec payroll experience preferred

+ Oracle experience an asset
