**Job Summary**

AECOM is seeking an Action Officer that will support the PdM Radars program, performs advanced, diversified and confidential secretarial and administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Conducts research and prepares financial analyses and forecasts; maintains and coordinates communications with internal/external customers for or on behalf of management; administer office budget and provide appropriate reports.

2. Generates management tools to effectively control programs and generates reports documenting findings.

3. Conducts research into procurement practices and assesses/implements improvements to or compliance with acquisition procedures.

4. Prepares computerized programs utilizing commercial software to manage tasks.

5. Participates in cost proposal development; composes and may initiate routine and inter-office correspondence; maintain/coordinates schedules including meetings, appointments, travel itineraries, etc.

6. Maintains database to produce monthly financial reports. Tracks, processes and distributes deliverables and monitors comment status.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

**Minimum Requirements**

Vocational/Technical school or Associates degree and at least 7 years of job-related experience or equivalent; or a Bachelor’s Degree with Three (3) years of Action Officer experience for similar Government Program Offices.

Must have technical training and operations / maintenance experience on Radars Platforms.

Requires good communications skills, working knowledge of word processing and integrated software applications, organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required.

May require the ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and design solutions to problems in operational hardware and software

A Department of Defense (DoD) active SECRET security clearance is required

Position may require travel.

Successfully passing pre-employment background check and drug screen is required.

**Candidates must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.**
