**Job Summary**

Client communication , data analysis and management for specific projects.

Work in building energy consumption and building physics simulation analysis by software.

Skilled in writing project reports.

Involved in designing and drafting sustainable building projects.

Collect ion and research for market information and news.

Cooperation with oversea teams and information collecting.

**Minimum Requirements**

Major in HVAC engineering and Mechanical building.

Fluency in written English and preparation of study reports.

Strong interest and intention in green building and sustainable development aspect.

**Preferred Qualifications**

Strong learning capacity and professional background, experienced in related software preferred, especially softwares in building energy consumption analysis and building physic analysis, such as eQuest , IES ,Ecotect etc.
