Your Role

We are looking for a dynamic and diversely-talented Health and Wellness Project Manager who will have overall responsibility for the design, quality and client satisfaction of projects spanning healthcare, arts and culture, not-for-profit and education.  This is an exciting time to join the studio!

What You Will Do

  • Manage all phases throughout project scope
  • Develop manage and maintain client relationships
  • Create and communicate clear and attainable project objectives and requirements
  • Manage scheduling, budgets and set-up with clients, contractors, vendors and consultants
  • Prepare project proposals, negotiate contracts and fees and coordinate bidding process
  • Help build practice areas

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s a plus
  • 12 to 15 years’ experience in said practice areas
  • Knowledge of building codes, standards and structures
  • Proven fiscal responsibility
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and aplomb
  • Adept at maintaining existing client relationships and building new ones.
