**Job Summary**

AECOM is actively seeking a Logistician to provide support to Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems 2E5, also known as Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Indiana Division Code QXS. At a minimum, this individual will provide support across the following areas: logistics, administrative, contracts, financial analysis, and program analysis. The position will be located at NSWC Crane, IN and supported from AECOM, Odon, IN



Essential Responsibilities include:



+ Research and analyze logistics element problems and determine solution alternatives.

+ Perform routine customer interface with supervision in the execution and status reporting of tasks.

+ Review reports, technical papers, drawings, specifications, procedures, etc.; consolidate comments from various organizations; and draft reports.

+ Assist in preparing routine correspondence (i.e., letters, memos and route sheets), spreadsheets, Gantt charts, presentations, and meeting minutes.

+ Assist with maintenance of logistics support data, planning schedules, and documents.

+ Support logistics element(s) tasks.



Specific duties that must be completed with minimal supervision include:



**Logistics support** : Directly support the IWS2LE APM with analyzing and providing recommendations across the logistics elements; conducting trend analysis on Ao criteria such as Mean Logistics Delay time, Mean Time Between Failures, and Mean Time to Repair to increase Ao, decrease total ownership costs, and assist with logistics support planning; analyzing reliability, maintainability, and availability (RM&A) data on in-service systems to identify high failure items; researching the material readiness database data to ensure consistency with ISEA RM&A data and identify areas of discrepancy; reviewing high failure items to make recommendations and order parts; analyzing Casualty Report data; procuring supplies / materials via MILSTRIP and PCARD procurements and recommending alternatives; reviewing other technical documentation, as required; and reporting to the IWS2LE APM on logistics progress for acquisition and in-service programs.



**Office administration** : Interfacing with high level customers; preparing and/or updating/maintaining program office correspondence such as letters and briefings; coordinating weekly in-service briefings with multiple activities and contractors; managing program office action items through completion that includes HQ, field activities and contractor personnel; independently processing incoming and outgoing correspondence; organizing and scheduling meetings, and, other like duties, as required.



**Contract support** : Monitoring deliverables (including data deliverables); deriving, analyzing and reporting contract delivery metrics through the use of iPDM; verifying responses to data deliverables prior to Government DD250 approval; analyzing and reporting metrics to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) relative to on-time deliveries, near time due in’s, and delinquent deliverables; identifying discrepancies in contracts and requirements; comparing invoices to contract requirements, and other like duties as needed by the COR.



**Financial analysis** : Providing direct support to the EW Business Operations APM such as comparing projected expenditures to actuals per appropriation; analyzing acquisition and in-service requirements to develop cost estimates; conducting trend analysis to provide input relative to budget development; comparing rates/costs to billed costs, and related tasks on an Ad Hoc basis; analyzing Form 7300s to ensure consistent alignment with government and contractual requirements, supporting development of program office task planning sheets based on the Form 7300s, historical data and new requirements for supporting government activities and contractors for both cost reimbursable and direct cite; and report status of financial tasking to the IWS2E APM.



**Program analysis** : Conducting trend analysis for the IWS2E APM across multiple program elements to identify problem areas and make recommendations for resolution; performing exercises to determine best approaches for problem area resolution; ; monitoring progress relative to task completion, and like tasking as program conditions warrant.



**Minimum Requirements**

Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics or related field and at least 1 year of job-related experience or equivalent. Good communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required. Position may require travel. Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.
