**Job Summary**

Virtually located position.

AECOM is seeking a Logistics Analyst that Provides advice, guidance and assistance to gaining command, TYAD Tech, and OEM Tech concerning the Total Package Fielding (TPF), including training, of all highly complex, high monetary value Field Artillery Target Acquisition Radar Systems. The Fielder/Trainer will consult with the Fielding Coordinators and gaining command, manages the scheduling aspects of the fielding process of all Field Artillery Target Acquisition Radar Systems.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Provide new radar system training to US Army target acquisition units.

2. Collaborate daily with customer(s) to coordinate and track the status of multi-disciplinary tasks in support of radar system fielding to include scheduling of delivery, training, evaluation, and certification to US Army radar crews.

3. Develop and/or review training materials, reports, schedules, and other program documents that support the fielding effort.

4. Prepare related correspondence, memos, route sheets, design charts, spreadsheets, and presentations. Prepare analytical reports and meeting minutes.

5. Interface daily with various technical and logistics team leaders to exchange information and coordinate related task performance.

Ensures, on the ground, that de-processing, inventory, hand-off, training and documentation are reflected IAW AR 700-142. Resolves short-comings and/or concerns of gaining command with help of the Fielding Coordinator. Makes decisions and/or recommendations that significantly affect the successful fielding of all radar systems. Serves as the primary New Equipment Training (NET) Instructor for the all products within PM Radars. Trains soldiers on Radars Systems being fielded to end user in accordance with AR 350-1. For each NET event provides an After Action Report (AAR). Responds to questions and requests for assistance from units in the field, as necessary.

Will also performs expert-level review, analysis, and validation of engineering and logistics products, and prepares executive-level reports and briefs; consults as industry expert with the logistics managers, program managers and customers, advising on logistics program policy development, planning and implementation; interfaces with various technical and logistics team leaders daily to exchange information and coordinate related task performance; supervises teams in accomplishing tasks and trains junior-level personnel in the technical aspects of assigned work.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

**Minimum Requirements**

High school diploma or equivalent with 12+ years of NET/Fielding experience or equivalent for similar Government Program Offices; or Associate’s degree or technical diploma/degree in Computer Science, math, engineering or Business, or related scientific or technical discipline with 7+ years of NET/Fielding experience; or Bachelor’s degree in degree in Computer Science, math, engineering or Business, or related scientific or technical discipline with 7+ years of NET/Fielding experience in military logistics / fielding operations.

Prior experience operating CTA radars, Air Defense Radars, or similar Army systems is preferred.

Requires good communications skills, working knowledge of word processing and integrated software applications, organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required.

Position requires regular CONUS/OCONUS travel.

A Department of Defense (DoD) active SECRET security clearance is required

Position requires successfully passing a pre-employment drug screen and a government background check.

Good oral and written communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required.

Position requires strong analytical, interpersonal and project management skills. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
