Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with Design Director and team leader to identify compelling, high-quality design solutions
  • Participates in all phases of design - generates ideas, discussions, and areas of research relevant to specific project design problems
  • Implements HOK design standards in the overall project administration and team organization
  • Works closely with project managers with respect to achieving budget and schedule benchmarks

 

 

Required Skills
  • Registered Architect (HKIA/AIA/RIBA/Equiv.) preferred
  • LEED accreditation preferred
  • Demonstrable skills in creative design solutions
  • Ability to communicate effectively in presentations and in writing
  • Advanced Knowledge of Architectural construction methodology and building systems
  • Proficiency in Revit required
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software such as Sketch-Up, Rhino preferred
  • Candidates should be knowledgeable and committed to Sustainable Design solutions
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin preferred
Required Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture require, Master’s degree preferredd
  • 6 plus years of architectural work experience
