**Job Summary**

The Senior Pricing Compliance Manager may be located in our Chantilly, VA -or- Germantown, MD offices.

This is an experienced level position that works as a member of the Strategic Pricing team to ensure cost proposal compliance and provide teammates with tools and training in support of new business development. Successful candidate will lead cost proposal review and audit activities as well as support the development and enhancement of pricing tools and provide training.

Essential Responsibilities:

+ Conduct pre- and post-submittal reviews and audits of cost proposal artifacts.

+ Participate in cost proposal color reviews.

+ Ensure cost proposal and pricing compliance with FAR and DFARS.

+ Ensure cost proposal and pricing compliance with the Cost Estimating System Manual and related corporate policies and procedures.

+ Ensure cost proposal and pricing compliance with RFP-specific requirements.

+ Review and enhance existing estimating and pricing toolsets.

+ Develop new estimating and pricing tools.

+ Develop and deliver training on estimating and pricing tools to Pricing and proposal teammates.

+ Conduct training on capture and proposal processes to Pricing and proposal teammates.

+ Review and improve estimating and proposal policies and procedures.

+ Advise management and implement measures to ensure Estimating System adequacy.

+ Assist management with proposal process streamlining and cost efficiency initiatives.

+ Support independent and external audit efforts.

+ Prepare and deliver periodic reports on review/audit findings and status of process improvement initiatives.

+ Assist with surge cost proposal and pricing requirements.

**Minimum Requirements**

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of related experience in Government Contracting, Pricing, or Cost Volume Management. Additional education may be substituted for experience or additional experience may be substituted for education (generally 2 years of experience equals 1 year of education.)

+ Must be able to effectively communicate with personnel at all levels of the organization,

+ Must have advanced knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

+ Must have demonstrated experience managing personnel or leading a project.

+ Must have excellent writing, spreadsheet and word processing skills.

+ Must have notable organizational skills and the ability to perform detail-oriented work.

+ Experience in developing, modifying and using Sharepoint sites

Position may require the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Position may require travel.
